FundApps’ Poison Pills service automatically screens users’ positions to identify any holdings that may be subject to a shareholder rights plan (commonly known as a Poison Pill), using ISIN-matching logic. When a Poison Pill is detected, the service generates a result - similar to those in the Shareholding Disclosure service - highlighting the affected issuer and displaying relevant Poison Pill details alongside the result in the result view.
To enable such monitoring, FundApps partners with a leading third-party provider (FactSet) that supplies the Poison Pills data to perform checks against. As FundApps works together with a third-party to offer this service, additional terms apply.
