GICS Enrichment Service

FundApps provides a service to enrich your position files with GICS codes sourced directly from S&P.

The service scans through your position file supplied and matches supplied instrument data to its corresponding GICS code via ISIN code matching.

For both Data Adapter and clients generating their own XML Position file, the service can automatically enrich data directly into your daily position files. This only requires you are sending data to the /v3/ upload endpoint.

When matching is successful, the GICSSubindustries property will be added to each corresponding instrument.

The source data is updated daily from S&P. In order to use the service additional terms provided by S&P must be signed by the client.
